Becoming a Person of Influence Mastermind

Talk is Cheap. Make Your Words and Actions Matter

Are you ready to increase your leadership potential? No matter your leadership role, be it a parent, teacher, pastor, or business executive, you are a person of influence. Increasing your influence equals increasing your leadership.

On Friday, December 3rd at 8:00 am EST, I am officially launching my Becoming a Person of Influence Mastermind where I will share practical knowledge to gain a better understanding of what it means to be an influencer and how to increase your influence on others.

Have you ever wondered what separates an average leader from a great one? The answer is influence, but influence doesn’t come to us instantaneously. It grows in stages.

John C. Maxwell, an internationally recognized leadership expert, speaker, coach, and author who has sold over 19 million books, says, "Connection is a very important part of the process of mentoring others. And it’s absolutely critical if you want to influence people in a positive way. When you navigate for others, you come alongside them and travel their road for a while, while helping them handle some of the obstacles and difficulty in their lives. But when you connect with them, you are asking them to come alongside you and travel your road for your and their mutual benefit."

If you connect with other people, you are an influencer. A person of influence empowers people. The act of empowering others changes lives, and it’s a win-win situation for you AND the people you empower.
